For the completion of various administrative tasks in the office, we are looking for a long-term cooperation an administrative specialist. The scope of duties is versatile and varied from updating job profiles on the internet to preparing invoices for our co-working space Workspacetogo.

Your tasks as an administrative specialist

  • Updating job profiles on the Internet
  • Contributing to sales and marketing tasks

Qualifications and experience

  • Relevant training or studies
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
